Pop-Up Classes • Private Yoga • Connecticut
Creating intentional spaces where BIPOC can experience yoga as a practice of connection, belonging, and honoring the body.
Meet Your Instructor
I created Wendy B. Yoga to offer a different kind of yoga experience: one centered on community, connection, and feeling at home in your body. My work is especially rooted in creating intentional spaces where BIPOC can feel welcomed, represented, and comfortable.
Yoga has been an important part of my own journey, giving me a way to slow down, be present, and reconnect with myself. As a 200-hour certified yoga teacher with 6 years of teaching experience, I bring that same intention to my teaching. I meet students where they are and encourage them to explore their practice without pressure or expectation.
Sessions are never rushed and never one-size-fits-all.
I offer pop-up yoga classes and private sessions designed to make yoga approachable, meaningful, and connected to real life. My classes range in intensity and style to meet all students where they are.
